How good is Science Diet Dog food?

I was asked this question by one of my clients.There are a few conflicting areas here

Some people believe Lams,Science Diet,Eukanube are all junk as they have products such as,corn,wheat,soy,rice,and by-products. Others swear by the Science diet and there competitors.Vets sell the Science diet and they make money from doing so.
In my opinion Science,Eukanube etc are much better than supermarket products which are really full of junk-you might as well give your dog the cardboard box the food comes in for the amount of nutrition in the biscuits.
A great site to go to is Dog Food Analysis.com it has great reviews on dry and canned dog food.
I am still from the old school that as much raw food you can give your dog the more we are supplying what they would be having in the wild- previous post Debate is wide open here and please leave some comments on what you feed your pet and why.
